Essentials Logo Package

This package is ideal for businesses starting on a small budget and still wanting a unique logo design with fewer deliverables. Working with a detailed idea, sketch, or mood board you have created, we go through a design process to create all the necessary visual components to get started and connect with the audience.

Signature design process

I’ve developed a design process that can be tailored to suit any business. We explore your brand goals, values, and unique qualities, then craft your brand identity by selecting typography, imagery and colours that resonate with your ideal audience.

Step 1 – Initial consultation

After I receive your project enquiry form, we’ll schedule a time to discuss your business goals and objectives. If we both feel we're a good fit, I'll put together a proposal for the project.

Step 2 – Proposal and booking

Once you're happy with the proposal, I'll confirm my availability and send you an invoice for 50% of the project total, this will secure your booking. Once I receive the invoice payment, I will confirm the project start date and send you the brand discovery questionnaire to complete.

Any text and images you want included in your project should be ready before the project start date. This includes text for websites, brochures, flyers, etc.

Step 2 – Discovery and research

I’ll send you the brand discovery questionnaire to identify your brand purpose, values, target audience, and unique qualities. Discovering what will set you apart from your competitors. Using the answers from the questionnaire, I'll create two inspiration mood boards, which will help ensure we're both on the same page with the overall look, typography, imagery and colours.

Step 3 – Design and development

Now comes the fun part! Design concepts are created based on the discovery phase. Your concepts will be emailed to you, and then we'll schedule a time to review your feedback and refine the designs.

Your website will be built using Rocketspark's website builder. Before it goes live, you will have the opportunity to review it and give feedback.

Step 5 – Delivery and launch

After you approve the designs, I'll create the brand guidelines, which is an in-depth guide on how to use your brand consistently. Then, I'll package the finished artwork.

The website will be made live, and you’ll be ready for launch.

I'll be available for any questions or support you need after you receive your artwork and the website is made live,  and I can help with any additional brand collateral you may need.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Start by filling in the Project Enquiry Form. Share a bit about your business and what you’re looking for, and I’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days to schedule a discovery call. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit.

When can we start?

Projects are typically booked 3–4 weeks in advance, and I accept a limited number each month to ensure every client receives my full attention. If you’re ready to go, submit your enquiry and I’ll confirm availability and next steps.

What do I need ready by the start date?

Before we begin, you’ll need to complete a discovery questionnaire. It’s a simple form that helps me understand your business goals, audience, and style preferences. For website projects, you’ll also need to provide your copy and imagery (or let me know if you'd like recommendations for professionals who can help).

Can I get just a logo?

I don’t offer logo-only packages. Your logo is just one part of your overall brand identity. I take a holistic approach, combining strategy, typography, colour, and design elements to create a cohesive, purposeful brand that grows with your business.

What files will I receive

You’ll receive a full suite of logo variations designed for both digital and print use, ensuring your brand looks consistent and professional everywhere it shows up. Files are supplied in EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG formats, in both colour and black-and-white versions.

How will I receive my files?

These will be delivered via email or Dropbox

What is not included?

Here’s what’s not included in my standard packages:

  • Logo trademark registration

  • Master or editable design files

  • Licences for premium fonts or stock images

  • Copywriting and photography

  • Printing costs

  • Rocketspark hosting plan

  • Domain registration

  • Google services setup

How do I pay for my project?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project in my calendar. The remaining 50% is due once the project is complete and before final files are delivered. Payments are made via bank transfer.

What prices are your currency in?

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Do you offer copywriting?

While I don’t offer copywriting in-house, I’m happy to connect you with a trusted copywriter or collaborate with one of your choosing. Prefer to DIY? I include a helpful copywriting guide with website design projects to support you through the process.

Do you do printing?

Yes! I offer print management for business cards, stationery, brochures, and more. Or, if you have a preferred local printer, I’m happy to coordinate directly with them to ensure a smooth process.

What are your business hours?

Monday – Friday: 9am–4pm
Closed weekends and public holidays.
